Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery to Germany & Europe Standard delivery to Germany and other EU countries takes 10–20 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs processing.

Shipping Costs Free shipping on all orders to Europe — no minimum order required.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your shipment.

Customs & Import Duties Orders shipped to EU countries may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price.
