1. 30-Day Return Window We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days.

2. EU Customers – 14-Day Withdrawal Right If you are based in the EU (including Germany), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

3. Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In the original packaging with all accessories included
  • Free from damage caused by misuse

4. Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • IPL devices that have been used on skin
  • Items without original packaging
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards
    - Hair styling tools (straighteners

    , curlers) that have been used

    • Nano spray hydrators and personal care devices once opened/used
    • Jumpsuits and bodysuits for hygiene reasons once worn
    - Ultrasonic facial cleansers

    , peeling machines, and other personal care devices that have been used or removed from original packaging

    • Shapewear, bodywear, and compression garments (including Fajas Colombianas and postpartum vests) for hygiene reasons, unless received damaged or defective

5. Return Procedure To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Email us at krishptl9284@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for our confirmation email with return instructions (within 2 business days)
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  4. Ship the item to the address provided in our return instructions
  5. Share the tracking number with us once shipped

6. Return Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.

7. Refund Method Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days and will be issued to your original payment method (credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.). Please note your bank may take additional time to reflect the refund.

8. Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at krishptl9284@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damage or defect

We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping in such cases.

9.Clothing & Apparel Returns Wide-leg trousers and other clothing items may be returned within 30 days provided they are unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached and in original packaging. Items showing signs of wear will not be accepted. Dresses, trench coats, leather jackets, and casual jackets may be returned within 30 days provided they are unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached and in original packaging.
