30-Day Return Window We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days.
EU Customers – 14-Day Withdrawal Right If you are based in the EU (including Germany), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your IPL hair removal device must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In the original packaging with all accessories included
- Free from damage caused by misuse
Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- IPL devices that have been used on skin
- Items without original packaging
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
How to Request a Return Contact us at krishptl9284@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items If your IPL device arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at krishptl9284@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
